The Warrant Officers, Staff Sergeants and Sergeants of the 2nd Battalion pose for a photograph.  Most men are wearing the short-lived and unpopular 'Forage Cap, Universal' or Brodrick Cap.  This was issued from 1902 and had been largely replaced by the end of the decade.

The 2nd Battalion was based at Aldershot between 1902 and 1904, then again during 1908 and 1909.
